This week, I sent in my mail-in ballot, having voted against Donald Trump for the third time in a row. Which is to say, I voted for Kamala Harris to be the next President of the United States.

Regardless of what many of my TikTok contemporaries are saying about how voting is useless, I think you should vote in the 2024 election (and every election, for that matter!). Short version: preventing Trump from getting into office is of upmost importance and Harris isn’t nearly as bad as people are making her out to be.
